I received my Exercise Sports Science degree from University of Hawaii. Coached as a Health and Wellness ACSM /CPT for many years. I am currently licensed and certified as an EMT/Firefighter! Health is and will always be a priority to me. I love creating a positive environment for change, using high energy and motivation. Creating a new lifestyle for others to understand the value of fitness is my passion. I strive to helped all individuals reach their health and wellness goals, the safest and most efficient way possible.
I love sweets! Oh I am a fat boy at heart! I choose to workout and live a healthy lifestyle, however when the time allows for it, I’m down to have some cake and ice cream. Ok maybe brownies, I love chocolate!

I have a passion for educating others through coaching and teaching seminars around the country on how creating a healthy internal system allows for better long term physical improvements by optimizing everything from hormones, sleep, stress management, quality nutrition, and training.
